How do the Personalized Learning Roadmaps work? +
Simply enter any subject or topic you want to learn. Our system breaks it down into clear, step-by-step milestones. As you study and complete milestones, you earn virtual rewards and build momentum towards mastering your goals.
What are "Nova Sparks" and how do I earn them? +
Nova Sparks are virtual motivational points earned by hitting your study streaks, completing timer sessions, and finishing learning milestones. They can be used to unlock custom app themes, set up parental reward systems, and compete on the global leaderboard.
Do my Nova Sparks ever expire? +
No! Your standard Sparks balance never expires and is permanently yours. However, if you are on a premium plan, your 1.5x or 2.5x Spark earning multipliers are active only during your active subscription. If your plan expires, your earning rate simply returns to the standard 1.0x rate.
What is the difference between the Aspirant and Achiever plans? +
Aspirant ($4.59/mo or $35.99/yr): Perfect for motivated students looking for an edge. Includes unlimited Personalized Roadmaps, Parental Bounty options, and a permanent 1.5x Spark earning multiplier.
Achiever ($7.99/mo or $59.99/yr): For elite students who want maximum speed and guidance. Includes everything in Aspirant plus a 2.5x Spark multiplier, advanced research portfolio tools, and priority expert guidance.
How does the Parental Bounty system work? +
Parents can set up custom "bounties" or goals in the app linked to Sparks (e.g. "Earn 100 Sparks by studying History to unlock weekend video game time"). The app handles the tracking and verification automatically, letting parents reward real effort!
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? +
Because all billing is safely managed by the Google Play Store, managing or cancelling your subscription is super easy. Simply open the Google Play Store app on your Android device, tap your profile icon ➔ select Payments & subscriptions ➔ tap Subscriptions, select Nova, and adjust your plan or cancel with one click.
Are my payments secure? +
Absolutely. Nova does not store, see, or process your credit card information. Your transaction is processed securely through Google Play's native purchase dialog and validated using our trusted encryption partner, RevenueCat.
How do I request my data to be deleted? +
We believe in absolute data ownership. You can request complete account and data deletion instantly through the App Settings menu under 'Danger Zone' or by filling out the form on our Support page. All account details are completely purged within 48 hours.
